On Monday, Uttarakhand Cabinet Minister Premchand Agarwal reached Prayagraj to see the arrangements for the Maha Kumbh being organized in Uttar Pradesh. During this, the minister held a meeting of officials with the newly elected mayors, presidents of Haridwar, Rishikesh, Muni Ki Reti and Swargashram Jonk at Uttarakhand Mandapam regarding the Ardh Kumbh to be held in Haridwar in 2027.
Ardh Kumbh is the top priority for the state: Minister
Minister Premchand Agarwal said that organizing Ardh Kumbh in Haridwar is the top priority for the state. Before this, its outline and preparations have to be done. Due to which he has reached Prayagraj. The minister said that information has been taken from the Maha Kumbh Mela Officer. The upcoming Ardh Kumbh will be made successful through the information collected from Prayagraj Maha Kumbh.
