Weather changed in Uttarakhand, IMD issued heavy rain alert, be careful

The mood of the weather has changed in Uttarakhand. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of heavy rain for all the districts of the state. Along with this, there is a possibility of snowfall in the hilly areas.
IMD issued a heavy rain alert
According to the forecast issued by the Director of Meteorological Department Vikram Singh, heavy rain may occur in all the districts of Uttarakhand on 27 February. For which meteorologists have issued a yellow alert. There are chances of lightning and hailstorm with thunder in all the districts except Udham Singh Nagar district. Along with this, there is a possibility of snowfall in the mountain peaks above 2800 meters.
Red alert issued for these districts on 28 February
According to meteorologists, the weather will remain bad in many districts on 28 February as well. The Meteorological Director has issued a red alert for rain and snowfall for Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Uttarkashi, Tehri, Bageshwar and Pithoragarh districts for Friday. Let us tell you that the weather in Uttarakhand has remained dry for the last few days, due to which the temperature has also increased. But these days the mood of the weather has changed once again.
Snowfall in Kedarnath Dham
Let us tell you that on Wednesday also there was snowfall in the high altitude areas of the state and rain in the lower areas. Due to which the temperature in the state once again dropped. There was snowfall in Badrinath Dham, Hemkund Sahib and Kedarnath Dham. After which a drop in temperature was recorded. The weather in Kedarnath is cold and snowy since this morning. The temperature at 11 am was recorded at -9 degrees Celsius. According to meteorologists, snowfall is expected to continue throughout the day today.
