Uttarakhand: Dhami government will recruit 1300 posts in the health department across the state, Health Minister gave instructions

Health Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat said that 1300 Class IV posts lying vacant for a long time in government hospitals and health centers across the state will be filled soon. For this, he directed the departmental officers to complete all the formalities and start the recruitment process through outsourcing.
The Health Minister held a departmental review meeting at the government residence in Yamuna Colony on Friday. He directed to start the process soon to fill 1300 vacant Class IV posts in government hospitals through outsourcing. In this, 98 posts are vacant in Dehradun district, 110 in Haridwar, 190 in Chamoli, 78 in Tehri, 49 in Pauri, 137 in Pithoragarh, 76 in Udham Singh Nagar, 356 in Nainital, 30 in Almora, 46 in Uttarkashi, 85 in Rudraprayag, 42 in Champawat and two posts of Class IV personnel are vacant in Bageshwar.
Asked to prepare an action plan
The Health Minister said that to further strengthen health services, a gap analysis of district and sub-district hospitals should be done. Apart from this, instructions were given to strengthen the cleanliness system in hospitals, change bed sheets of admitted patients every day, put up hoardings in hospitals, minimize the response time of 108 emergency ambulance service, ensure clean and nutritious food to patients by improving canteen operations in hospitals, provide residential facilities for doctors. He asked to prepare an action plan to effectively run TB Free India Campaign and Anemia Free India Campaign.
Secretary Health Dr. R Rajesh Kumar, Mission Director NHM Swati Bhadauria, Additional Health Anand Srivastava, Anuradha Pal, Director General of Health in charge Dr. Sunita Tamta, Dr. Ajit Mohan Johri and other officials were present in the meeting.
