Big meeting of Uttarakhand Congress in Delhi, many senior leaders were present, issues were discussed

A meeting of the Congress Working Committee was held in New Delhi under the chairmanship of Congress state in-charge Kumari Selja. Important issues related to Uttarakhand were discussed in this meeting. Co-in-charge Surendra Sharma, Congress Working Committee member Gurdeep Sappal, former Chief Minister Harish Rawat, Leader of Opposition Yashpal Arya, Congress Party State President Karan Mahara, former State President Pritam Singh and Ganesh Godiyal, party’s National Secretary Qazi Nizamuddin, former Cabinet Minister Harak Singh Rawat and Deputy Leader of Opposition Bhuvan Kapri attended the meeting.

In the Delhi meeting, brainstorming was done on the strengthening of the organization and the upcoming programs of the party. In the meeting, Karan Mahara informed the top leadership about various issues of Uttarakhand and the work being done by the organization. During this, Kumari Selja also asked everyone to unite and effectively conduct various programs and campaigns of the State Congress Committee. There was brainstorming in the direction of strengthening the Congress Party name at the block level as well. In the coming time, Uttarakhand Congress will organize conferences at the district and block level, so that the upcoming elections can be fought with full strength.

Congress state president Mahara told the working committee that on March 4, CWC member Gurdeep Singh and state co-incharge Surendra Sharma will hold a meeting with the district and metropolitan presidents. In the afternoon, the party’s senior leaders including Leader of Opposition Yashpal Arya will hold a joint press conference. In the coming time, information about the program to be started under the name Congress Kutumb and other campaigns will also be shared through the press conference.
