The son of the victim woman said in the complaint that his sister Rita was married to Sanjay Poonia. However, a few days after marriage, she started living with her mother in Azad Nagar.
The victim was held hostage
She stayed with her mother for a few days. But later she started sexually and mentally abusing the victim. She also started pressurizing the mother to transfer the house in her name. The husband is unemployed. Due to which he wanted to get the land transferred in his name in the name of the victim. When this did not happen, he kept the victim hostage.
Complaint filed
The son told that when the mother came to him, they used to make false allegations against him too. The son has requested the police to take action on this matter. Also, the sister and her husband should be removed from the mother’s house. The police say that the case has been registered. Also, the investigation is going on.
