PM’s Uttarakhand visit: PM will wear brown-grey colored bhendi in Harshil-Mukhba, this is the special preparation

During his visit to Harshil and Mukhaba, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will wear a brown and grey coloured coat made of sheep wool. Along with this, a Pahari cap with Brahmakamal and tricolour and red stripe has also been prepared for him.
Whenever PM Narendra Modi goes on a tour of the country and the world, everyone’s attention is on his attire. During his tour, he emotionally connects with the local people by wearing the attire of that region. In this sequence, on March 6, PM Narendra Modi is coming to visit Harshil and Mukhaba situated on the India-China border. For his visit, pyjamas and Pahari cap have been prepared along with the local attire of Uttarkashi, woolen Bhendi.
This Pahari attire has been prepared by Bhagirathi Negi of Veerpur Dunda Nalanda SHG Women Self Help Group. While Surendra Naithani has stitched this entire dress. Bhagirathi Negi said that two sheep coats in brown and grey colour have been prepared for PM Narendra Modi. Two white coloured pyjamas have also been made. The cap has also been made in accordance with the colour of sheep. These caps have saffron, green and white stripe of the tricolour along with the symbolic red stripe of the force and Brahmakamal.
The garments were prepared within ten days
She said that these garments have been prepared by hand spinning sheep wool. No chemical has been used in this. It has been prepared in such a way that there is no pricking of any kind in its wool. The special thing is that these garments have been prepared within ten days.
Bhagirathi Negi, a resident of Veerpur Dunda, belongs to the Kinnauri community. Making clothes from sheep wool is her ancestral work. She has been associated with the women’s self-help group for a long time. He said that wearing of local attire of the district by PM Modi during his stay in Harshil and Mukhaba can give a good branding to sheep and woollen clothes.
