The team of Income Tax Department has raided the offices and other places of County Group. This action has also been taken in CLEO County Society in Sector 120 and 132. Noida unit of Income Tax is conducting this search operation. In this, about 25 teams of Income Tax have raided Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and other places. According to the information, three big projects of County Group are going on in Noida. However, none of these projects are allotted to County. County Group is working as a co-developer in these projects. These include allotment in the name of Cleo County in Sector-121, Ambience in Sector-115 and Ace in Sector-107. Apart from this, there is also an allotment in the name of Shirja in Sector-151, in which County Group has a share.
County Group did the purchase and sale of flats
Investigation has revealed that County Group did cash transactions in the purchase and sale of flats, which has led to large-scale tax fraud. Apart from this, money has also been diverted by creating shell companies in Kolkata. The Income Tax Department has conducted this search operation on the basis of all these cases.
Accounts related documents were scrutinized
