Uttarakhand / Dehradun: Vigilance team threatens Municipal Corporation, creates panic among officials, know what is the whole matter

There was a stir in the Dehradun Municipal Corporation of Uttarakhand when the vigilance team reached the Municipal Corporation to take the documents related to the tender case. The Nainital High Court, while hearing a case, has ordered the vigilance to investigate today itself. On which the team had reached Dehradun Municipal Corporation.
The High Court has issued guidelines in a case related to tender in Dehradun Municipal Corporation. Actually, this whole case is related to the exclusion of the firm which was L1 in the tender. On which hearing has been done several times in the High Court. The special thing is that while hearing on this case today, the High Court has ordered a vigilance inquiry. In the case, the vigilance has been directed to investigate within 2 weeks and submit its report to the court.
Vigilance ADG V Murugeshan also appeared in the court: Chief Justice Justice G Narendra has given directions to the vigilance while hearing the case in the Nainital High Court. During this, the Municipal Corporation has been asked to send the documents related to the case to the ADG by Friday i.e. tomorrow at 4 pm.
