Uttarakhand: CM Dhami’s grand road show in Kashipur, laid the foundation stone of schemes worth crores, counted achievements
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reached Kashipur today. In Kashipur, Chief Minister Dhami laid the foundation stone and inaugurated development schemes worth Rs 100 crore in the Municipal Corporation premises. During this, he handed over the keys of their houses to the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
He reached Maharana Pratap Chowk by car from the helipad built in the stadium located on Ramnagar Road in Kashipur. From Maharana Pratap Chowk, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reached the Municipal Corporation through a road show with the beats of drums and welcome by party workers and officials and the general public. During the road show, Nainital-Udham Singh Nagar Lok Sabha Parliamentary seat MP Ajay Bhatt, Municipal Corporation Mayor Deepak Bali were present with the Chief Minister. He inspected the stalls set up by the women of the self-help group in the Municipal Corporation.
After this, after the bhajan singer Shubham Tilakdhari, a welcome song was presented by the Divyang children. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami was welcomed by Municipal Corporation Mayor Deepak Bali, MLA Trilok Singh Cheema and other people present on the stage. The Municipal Corporation councilors present on the stage welcomed him by wearing a big garland.
During this, he gave the keys of their houses to the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. MP Ajay Bhatt demanded construction of roads from KVR to Dhanauri, Parmanandpur, construction of parks, roads, electricity, water in 17 wards of the Municipal Corporation, construction of a circuit house in Kashipur, construction of pedestrian and cycle path in Girital, widening of the road by transferring the Nagar Nigam from the main market of GGIC Kashipur. Municipal Corporation Mayor Deepak Bali demanded the renovation of the sports stadium, construction of all administrative offices at Tanda Tiraha, beautification of Giri Sarovar, converting GGIC into a completely government school of the state.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the central and state government are working in public interest. The Chief Minister said that the foundation stone and inauguration of various schemes around Kashipur Municipal Corporation has been done. The people of Kashipur are going to get the benefit of these schemes. These schemes are going to make an important contribution in the development of Kashipur area in the coming time.
