Freed the mythological sites of Prayagraj from ‘land jihad’, CM Yogi said- one day the whole world will wear saffron

Without naming mafia Atiq Ahmed, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday slammed the SP. He said that during the rule of previous governments, land mafia had illegally occupied the mythological sites of Prayagraj, Akshay Vat, Mata Saraswati Koop, Patalpuri, Shringaverpur, Dwadash Madhav and Bhagwan Beni Madhav, which caused a deep injury to their dignity.

During the Maha Kumbh, the path has been paved for their rejuvenation by making these sites mafia-free. During the slavery period, an attempt was made to destroy Akshay Vat by imprisoning it, due to which devotees were deprived of darshan for 500 years. Devotees can now visit here throughout the year.

Sanatan Dharma respects all religions – Yogi

The Chief Minister was speaking at the ‘Manthan: Kumbh and Beyond’ Vichar Sangam program of Panchjanya and Organizer at Hotel Taj on Wednesday. The Chief Minister said that Sanatan Dharma respects all religions. Expressing pride in his saffron clothes, he said that this is my identity. One day the whole world will wear it. Those who consider Aurangzeb as an ideal are victims of mental disorder.

Citing Shahjahan’s book, he said that Aurangzeb imprisoned his father and made him crave for every drop of water and killed his brother. Those who like Aurangzeb should name their children Aurangzeb and be ready to suffer his atrocities.

Yogi also mentioned Maha Kumbh

The organization of Maha Kumbh not only showed the world the strength of India and the true form of Sanatan Dharma, but also changed the negative perception about Uttar Pradesh. On the negativity of the opposition, CM Yogi said that it is useless to expect positivity from those who think negatively.

He mentioned the chaos that took place during the rule of Congress and SP from the first Kumbh of independent India (1954) to 1974, 1986, 2007 and 2013. He said that in 1954 more than a thousand deaths occurred, in 2007 natural calamity caused loss of life and property and in 2013 the then Prime Minister of Mauritius shed tears after seeing the filth of Sangam.

Previous governments had made Kumbh a hub of filth – Yogi

Previous governments had made Kumbh a hub of disorder and filth. Today the same people are raising questions on our clean Mahakumbh. The incident of Mauni Amavasya is unfortunate. On Mauni Amavasya, some people were injured and some died amidst a crowd of more than 10 crore. Saints cooperated without interrupting the tradition in the larger public interest.

By linking faith with money, thousands of taxi drivers, bus drivers and traders got employment. The Chief Minister also said that Ganga is clean today. We have such a belief that flowing water and roaming yogis never become impure.

CM Yogi also mentioned the history of Sambhal

Referring to Sambhal, CM Yogi said that it is described in the five thousand year old Puranas, where the tenth incarnation of Shri Hari will take place. In 1526, Mir Baqi demolished the temple there, but till now 18 pilgrimage sites have been excavated. He said that those who hide history should read the Puranas. 54 thousand lost people were reunited with their families through the digital lost and found center of Maha Kumbh.
