Uttarakhand: When will online applications start for the Chief Minister’s Emerging Player Upgradation Scheme?

Online applications for Mukhyamantri Udyaman Khiladi Upgradation Scheme and Khiladi Protsahan Yojana are going to start from March 15. Sports Minister Rekha Arya gave this information on Tuesday.

When will online applications start for Mukhyamantri Udyaman Khiladi Upgradation Scheme?

Sports Minister Rekha Arya said that children from 8 years to 14 years are selected in Mukhyamantri Udyaman Khiladi Upgradation Scheme. In this scheme, a total of 150 boys and 150 girl players are to be selected from every district of the state. Six different age groups have been created in these. 25-25 children are to be selected in each age group district wise.

The Sports Minister said that the selected children will be given financial assistance at the rate of Rs 1500 per month. So that these players can continue their sports practice smoothly. Also, applications for Khiladi Protsahan Yojana for players above 14 years of age are also starting from March 15. In this scheme, the selected players will be given assistance at the rate of Rs 2000 per month.

Sports Minister Rekha Arya said that applications can be made till 5:00 pm on March 31. Players will be selected on the basis of their battery test. The selection process for the Chief Minister’s Udyaman Khiladi Unnayan Yojana will continue from 1 to 15 April and the selection process for the Khiladi Protsahan Yojana will continue from 16 April to 30 April.
