Cluster schools will be built in every block of Uttarakhand, nodal officer nominated

Under the Cluster School Scheme run by the School Education Department, a cluster school will be built in every development block in the first phase. Nodal officers have been nominated in the development block for on-site inspection for the purpose of providing basic facilities in these schools.

Cluster schools will be built in every block of Uttarakhand

The state’s School Education Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat said that in accordance with the New Education Policy-2020, cluster schools are to be established across the state. Which have been selected by the department. Under the Cluster School Scheme, in the first phase, one cluster school will be built in all 95 development blocks at the secondary level. In which students from class 6 to 12 will get all the facilities including basic facilities as well as smart class, virtual class, tinkering lab, computer lab, laboratories of various subjects, art and craft room, library, playground, toilet.

Minister nominated nodal officers

100% deployment of teachers of all subjects, sports and yoga instructors, librarians, third and fourth class workers and Bhojan Mata will be ensured in cluster schools. Departmental Minister Dr. Rawat said that block-wise departmental officers have been nominated as nodal officers for on-site inspection of schools to provide basic facilities and ensure quality construction work in the selected cluster schools under the scheme. These include senior officers of directorate level including Director General of School Education, Chief Education Officers of all districts, Principals of DIETs and Block Education Officers.

Nodal officers will submit their report to the government

Giving information, the minister said that all these nodal officers will soon inspect the allotted schools and provide their detailed report to the government through the Directorate General of Education. After which the process of construction of cluster schools selected for the first phase will be started. The minister said that the government’s goal is to develop cluster schools as education hubs. Along with this, such nearby schools in which the number of students is very less will also be accommodated in these cluster schools. The minister said that under the scheme, cluster schools will be converted into residential schools in a phased manner, so that residential facilities can be provided to the students of remote areas.

These officers have been nominated as nodal

Under the Cluster School Scheme, Director General of School Education Banshidhar Tiwari has been nominated as the nodal officer of Government Inter College Thano, Dehradun. Similarly, Director Elementary Education Ajay Kumar Nautiyal has been nominated as the nodal officer of Government Girls Inter College Kotdwar, Director Secondary Education Dr. Mukul Sati has been nominated as the nodal officer of PM Shri Government Inter College Dineshpur, US Nagar, Secretary Uttarakhand Board Vinod Kumar Simalti has been nominated as the nodal officer of PM Shri Government Inter College Mahuwadabra, US Nagar, Joint Director Padmaendra Saklani has been nominated as the nodal officer of Government Inter College Talwadi, Chamoli, Additional Director Garhwal Kanchan Devradi has been nominated as the nodal officer of Government Inter College Kot, Pauri, Additional Director Kumaon Ambadatt Balodi has been nominated as the nodal officer of Government Inter College Bagwali Pokhar Almora. Similarly, district and block level officers have also been nominated as nodal officers and schools have been allotted to them.

Uttarakhand / Dehradun: A heart wrenching incident has come to light from Vikasnagar in Dehradun, the capital of Uttarakhand. Where a young man killed his own mother and fled from the spot. Actually this incident is of 3rd August. Where Herbertpur police got information about a fire in a house in Rambagh area. When the police reached the spot, they found the burnt body of an old woman inside. The owner of the house, Sanjay Singh Rana, identified the body as his wife Suresho Devi alias Vandana Rana. Earlier it seemed that the woman died due to burning in the fire but the investigation revealed the case of murder. In such a situation, today the police has arrested him. Murdered mother when he did not get money for drugs The next day of the incident, the husband of the deceased, Sanjay Singh, while giving a complaint to the police, told that his son Manmohan Singh used to live with his mother. He was addicted to drugs and often used to demand money from his mother. There used to be a lot of quarrel between the two when the mother refused. The father told that Manmohan was missing from home since the incident. After which, he expressed doubt that maybe his son had committed the murder and set the room on fire. The police already suspected the son The police immediately registered a case against the son and started investigation. After which, on the night of 14 August, the police arrested Manmohan Singh from Kulhal area. During interrogation, Manmohan Singh confessed his crime. He told that he has been addicted to drugs for a long time. He has already gone to jail in drug smuggling and Arms Act cases. On the day of the incident, he had asked his mother for money for drugs. But his mother refused to give him money and also did not let him go out of the house. He fled with the money after the murder After which, Manmohan Singh, in anger, attacked his mother’s neck with a wooden stick kept in the house. Due to which she died on the spot. After the murder, Manmohan Singh wrapped the body in a mattress and set it on fire so that it appeared that the woman died due to burning. Manmohan fled on a motorcycle with 30 thousand rupees kept in the cupboard of the house and his clothes.
