Premchand Aggarwal’s resignation from the post of Cabinet Minister…Governor accepted it

Big news is coming out from Uttarakhand. Governor Lt. Gen. Gurmeet Singh (Retd.) has accepted the resignation of Premchand Agarwal from the post of Cabinet Minister.

Parliamentary Affairs and Finance Minister Prem Chand Agarwal, who was facing protest for the last three weeks for making ‘indecent remarks’ about ‘mountain-plain’ in the Uttarakhand Assembly, resigned from the post on Sunday. Agarwal met Pushkar Singh Dhami at the Chief Minister’s residence here and submitted his resignation. The Chief Minister sent Agarwal’s resignation to Governor Lt. Gen. Gurmeet Singh (Retd.). According to the information received, the Governor has accepted Premchand Agarwal’s resignation from the post of Cabinet Minister.

Let us tell you that after the acceptance of Agarwal’s resignation, the number of vacant seats in the Dhami cabinet has now become five. Amid the possibility of filling the vacant seats in the Dhami cabinet, the aspirations of the party MLAs have got wings.
