Uttarakhand: Police encounter… The miscreant who robbed Raipur service center was shot in the leg and hand

The miscreant who looted Raipur Service Center has been caught by the police. The miscreant has been shot in the leg and hand. During checking in Ranipokhari police station area, the miscreant riding a scooty started running towards the forest instead of stopping at the checking barrier. When the police chased him, the miscreant opened fire on the police.
The miscreant was shot in the leg and hand in the encounter. Another person has also been arrested along with the miscreant. Checking campaign was being conducted from the city to the countryside. The miscreants have been identified as Sahil (22) resident of Mohalla Sasanganj Police Station Chandpur District Bijnor Uttar Pradesh and Kamil (50) resident of Mohalla Sasanganj Police Station Chandpur District Bijnor Uttar Pradesh.
The police was searching for the accused of the robbery that took place at Jan Seva Kendra in Raipur area three days before Holi. Meanwhile, CCTV footage of the incident at Jan Seva Kendra came to light. It showed how three miscreants looted the operator at gunpoint in just 50 seconds. The operator climbed down from the counter and ran after the miscreants but the miscreants escaped from there. Meanwhile, the miscreants hit him with their scooter and made him fall.
It was seen in the CCTV footage that a woman had reached there for some work a few minutes before the robbery. Immediately after this, at around 3.57 pm, a young man without a mask reached there and started showing his mobile to the operator Arun Pal. But, at that time Arun Pal was watching some videos on his laptop. Meanwhile, two miscreants wearing masks reached there and started threatening him by showing a gun.
