Budget became a big obstacle?

According to the report, about Rs 700 crore will be needed to make this film. But due to the risk involved in it, no production house seems ready to invest such a huge amount.

Initially, Hrithik had associated his close friend Siddharth Anand with this project as a production partner. Siddharth has experience in big budget action films like War and Fighter. But after the success of franchises like Marvel Cinematic Universe, Bollywood studios are reluctant to invest heavily in such films.

Recently, when Rakesh Roshan was asked about directing Krrish 4, he said, “A day will definitely come when I will have to hand over this responsibility to someone else. But I want that till then I can see it myself. I should make sure that everything is happening in the right way.”

According to him, this is a big project and it is necessary to take risks to make it successful. However, he also made it clear that the film will be made. It is just a matter of time and getting the right team.

Rakesh Roshan and Krrish Franchise

Talking about Rakesh Roshan’s career, he first made his Bollywood debut as an actor. But later turned to direction. In the year 2003, he made ‘Koi Mil Gaya’. Which proved to be a big success in the science-fiction genre.

After this, in the year 2006, he made ‘Krrish’. Which was India’s first mega superhero film project. ‘Krrish 3’ came in 2013. In which Priyanka Chopra, Kangana Ranaut and Vivek Oberoi were also seen along with Hrithik. This film was also a hit. But now there is doubt about ‘Krrish 4’.
