The Dhami government of Uttarakhand is going to complete three years on 23 March. In such a situation, the government is preparing to celebrate this day in a special way. On Friday, CM Dhami held a meeting of all the district magistrates in the Secretariat. In which he has given instructions to set up multipurpose camps in all the districts.
Camps will be held in every district from 22 to 30 March
CM Dhami has instructed the officials to provide all the services to the citizens coming to the camps with promptness and transparency, so that no eligible person is deprived. CM Dhami said that the government has taken many historic steps for development and public welfare in the last three years.
CM Dhami appealed to the public to come to the camps
Chief Minister Dhami said that through these camps it will be ensured that the government schemes reach the person standing at the last end and every needy gets his right. The CM has also appealed to the people of the state to reach these camps in maximum numbers and inform other people about it, so that all eligible citizens can take advantage of it.
Action will be taken against adulterators during the Chardham Yatra, food safety officers have been deployed on the travel routes
Chardham Yatra is going to start in Uttarakhand from 30th April. During the Yatra, the Dhami government is preparing to take action against adulterators. For which the government has started a special campaign. Let us tell you that this campaign is being run for clean and safe food supply.

The Dhami government has started a comprehensive campaign giving top priority to food safety in view of the upcoming Chardham Yatra, Hemkund Sahib Yatra and tourism season. Dr. R Rajesh Kumar, Commissioner of Food Safety and Drug Administration Department, said that on the instructions of Chief Minister Dhami and Health Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat, intensive investigation of food items, strictness on adulteration and cleanliness campaign have been intensified to provide clean, safe and quality food items to the pilgrims and the general public. For this, food safety officers have been deployed on the travel routes.
Food Safety Officers deployed in these districts
The government has prepared a special action plan to maintain food safety at Chardham Yatra and tourist places. Permanent food safety officers have been posted in Haridwar, Nainital, Dehradun, Tehri, Udham Singh Nagar districts. Additional officers from other districts will be posted in Uttarkashi, Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Pithoragarh districts.
Action will be taken against those who violate the standards
Hotels, dhabas, restaurants, sweet sellers and food vendors will be regularly inspected on travel routes and major pilgrimage sites. Food safety teams will be deployed on highways and travel routes through mobile testing labs. Dr. R Rajesh Kumar has clarified that unhygienic and adulterated food items will not be served to the pilgrims under any circumstances. Strict action will be taken against those who violate the standards.
