Uttarakhand / Dehradun: Case filed against six for electricity theft

The team of Energy Corporation has registered a case against six people, tightening the noose on the incidents of power theft. Subdivision Officer Ashok Kumar told that action was taken at the Forest Department premises in Tyuni on the complaint of power theft. He told that power theft was detected at the residences of Kewalram, Balm Singh Chauhan, Tej Bahadur, Pratima Devi and Pratap Chauhan. Besides this, the team that went for investigation also detected power theft at the residence of Mahesh, resident of Darmigad and Yashpal Singh, resident of Mandrath.
