Bareilly Development Authority has taken a big action in Izzatnagar area. The authority team demolished the illegal Shiv Nagar Colony in village Ahladpur located on Bada Bypass.

A person named Siyaram had developed this colony in an area of ​​about 7000 square meters without the permission of the development authority. Road construction was done in the colony. Electric poles were installed and plots were also marked.

BDA took this action under Uttar Pradesh Town Planning and Development Act-1973. Junior Engineers Ajit Sahni, Sitaram, Shal Buddhmani Gautam, Raman Agarwal along with Executive Engineer Yogendra Kumar and Joint Secretary Deepak Kumar were present in the action.

The authority has warned the public that before doing any construction or plotting, it is necessary to get the map approved from BDA. Construction or development work without approval will be considered illegal. The authority has advised people to get information about map approval before buying a plot or house. Legal action will be taken on illegal construction, the responsibility of which will be of the builders.

Let us tell you that BDA is continuously taking action in Bareilly on receiving complaints. A few days ago, BDA team had removed illegal construction near Air Force Gate. BDA says that illegal construction, especially construction without permission, will not be accepted at all. Action will definitely be taken on receiving complaint.
