It was clearly written in it that sharing classified information/confidential information with those whose names have been released in it is not in the interest of the country. This list also includes the names of former President Joe Biden, former Vice President Kamala Harris, former Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Hillary Clinton. In fact, former US presidents and top security officials usually retain their security clearance as a courtesy.
