The party has given a big responsibility to the state vice president of Congress Suryakant Dhasmana in Uttarakhand. Congress has given the responsibility of Vice President Administration and Organization to Suryakant Dhasmana. Today, on Monday 24 March, Suryakant Dhasmana formally took over the charge of Vice President Administration and Organization at the Congress State Headquarters in Dehradun.

Uttarakhand Congress State President Karan Mahara explained the reason for appointing Dhasmana to the important post of the State Congress Committee. He said that the executive of the PCC has not been formally constituted. Therefore, someone was needed for this post for the smooth functioning of the organizational activities from the state office.

He told that many programs of Congress are going on continuously and many more programs are in the pipeline in the coming time. A 2-day training camp of all the district level officials of Congress was organized in Dehradun on 21 and 22 March. Apart from this, programs like Congress Aapke Dwara, Kutumb Congress, Mera Vote Mera Adhikar are being run by the party.

At the same time, time is short in view of the upcoming elections. The vacancy of this important post was affecting the party programs. Therefore, as a qualified person, Suryakant Dhasmana has been given the responsibility of working as the State Vice President Administration and Organization till the formal formation of the executive of the State Congress Committee. He has been appointed to this post after taking opinion from all the senior leaders.

Here, after taking charge at the party headquarters, Suryakant Dhasmana thanked all the senior leaders of the party. He said that this is a challenging time for the Congress. While on the other hand, the people of the state are crying for help during the 8 years of tenure of the BJP government.

Dhasmana said that the Dhami government of the state is celebrating across the state on completion of 3 years of tenure, but cases of violence against women are increasing in the state, people are troubled by unemployment and inflation. The law and order of the state is in shambles. The traffic system in Dehradun is in bad shape. At such a time, the responsibilities entrusted to him by the State Congress Committee, he will discharge them with full devotion.

Dhasmana said that he will work with all the party colleagues to strengthen the organization. Also, under the guidance of senior leaders, he will try to live up to the expectations of the public. Let us tell you that earlier this responsibility was being handled by Mathura Dutt Joshi, but shortly before the civic elections, he resigned from the primary membership of the party and joined the BJP. Since then, this post was lying vacant. But now the party has entrusted Suryakant Dhasmana with an important responsibility on this important post.
