Dhami Government 2.o has completed 3 years in Uttarakhand. On this day in the year 2022, Dhami government was sworn in for the second time in Uttarakhand. On the completion of 3 years of the government, programs are being organized from district level to state level across the state. CM Dhami is also describing the announcements and schemes of his government’s tenure at various places.
In Dehradun, CM Dhami presented the historical development works done in 3 years before the public during the program. Along with that, he also made three big announcements during his 3-year program. In this, the first announcement will be provided a platform for financial assistance to the meritorious students of competitive examination. The second announcement is the announcement of making a concrete policy to regularize Upanal and contract workers on vacant posts in government departments. While the third announcement is that local contractors will be given contracts of up to Rs 10 crore in government works.
At the same time, Congress has targeted CM Dhami’s announcements. Uttarakhand Congress President Karan Mahara said that these are just announcements. But when these announcements come to the ground, the reality will be known. He said that the government had made big claims in the Investor Summit as well. But on the ground, zero came out in the name of Investor Summit. Mahara raised the question that if the Dhami government could not make a policy in the last 3 years, then how will it be able to make a policy in the next one and a half years. It is also not clear yet how much untied fund will be given to the youth, graduate students for competitive examination and employment skills.
He also reacted to the announcement of giving work worth up to Rs 10 crore to local contractors. He said that if this happens then it will be a welcome step. He feels that like the announcements made earlier, this announcement will also prove to be empty. Mahara said that even before this, BJP had shown many dreams like smart city, 2 crore jobs, bullet train. Similarly, the villages that BJP MPs had adopted. The face of those villages has not changed till now. Crores of rupees were spent in the G20 summit. But nothing happened except painting the walls. The condition of any village did not change. The guests who came for the G20 summit were taken to a village. Only a little work was done in that village. When nothing happened in the G20 summit, then what is going to happen with these empty announcements.
