The bombing that started after Israel broke the ceasefire is being condemned all over the world. After a ceasefire that lasted for about two months, Israel has again started its attacks in Gaza, in which about 900 Palestinians have been killed. The Israeli government has announced the establishment of an agency to evict Palestinians from Gaza, after which a wave of anger has arisen in the Arab world.
The Muslim World League (MWL) has issued a statement in protest against these attacks in Gaza and Israel’s intention to displace them and called it a violation of international and humanitarian laws. In its statement, the MWL has strongly condemned the Israeli government’s announcement about the establishment of an agency for the purpose of displacing Palestinians, as well as the decision to isolate 13 illegal settlements in the West Bank.
Strong opposition of Muslim World League
The Muslim World League wrote in its statement, “His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, Secretary General of the MWL and President of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, condemned these actions as a barbaric violation of international and humanitarian laws. He emphasized that such measures deliberately undermine all possibilities of a peaceful solution and hinder efforts to achieve a just and comprehensive peace that ensures security and stability at the regional and global level.
Preparation to put pressure on Israel
The Arab-Islamic Ministerial Committee has met and formulated a policy to put pressure on Israel. After a meeting in Cairo with EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas, the Arab-Islamic Ministerial Committee on Sunday expressed deep concern over the breakdown of the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and condemned the Israeli attacks.
