To make digital payments faster, safer and more convenient, NPCI BHIM Services (NBSL) has launched BHIM 3.0. Many great features have been added to this new upgraded app of National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), which will prove to be very beneficial for users, businesses and banks. This is the third major update of the BHIM app launched in 2016, which focuses on better experience, easy access and financial management. Now this app is available in 15+ Indian languages, so that more and more people will be able to use it.
What is special in BHIM 3.0?
Many new features have been added for users in BHIM 3.0. Now users can easily share any bill with their friends and family. Whether it is rent, a restaurant bill or group shopping, manual calculations will no longer be required. With the Family Mode feature, users can add their family to the app, track expenses and assign payments. With this, the budget of the whole family can be managed in a better way. Apart from this, a new Spends Analytics feature has been added to the app, which allows users to see their monthly expenses in detail. This feature automatically divides all expenses into categories, making it easier to create a budget.
Action Needed Alerts have also been added to BHIM 3.0, which send alerts to users about pending bills, UPI Lite activation and low balance. This will not let users worry about missing any financial work. At the same time, with the help of BHIM Vega feature, merchants can now accept in-app payments. This will make online transactions even easier, as customers will now be able to make payments within the app itself, without needing to go to any third-party platform.
Chairman gave a statement
On the launch of BHIM 3.0, NPCI non-executive chairman Ajay Kumar Chaudhary said that this update is another big step in taking India towards a more inclusive digital economy. If you use BHIM app, update it right away to take advantage of the new update and make digital payments easier than ever.
