Iran’s state media has released a new video on Tuesday (March 25). Through this video, Iran has shown its powerful military power. In fact, in this new video released by the Iranian state media, Iran has shown its underground missile city. In this video, two Iranian military officials responsible for the country’s weapons programs, Iran’s Armed Forces Chief of Staff General Mohammad Hussain Bagheri and Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Force Commander Amir Ali Hajizadeh, are seen visiting a missile base inside a long tunnel.

The tunnel was filled with various types of ballistic missiles and rockets

This underground missile city of Iran is filled with various types of ballistic missiles and rockets. In this 85-second video, Iran’s Armed Forces Chief of Staff General Mohammad Hussain Bagheri and IRGC Aerospace Force Commander Amir Ali Hajizadeh are seen walking among some of Iran’s most advanced missiles and rockets. These included Khyber Shikan, Qadr-e-Sajjil, Haj Qasim, Sejjils, Pave Land Attack Cruise Missiles. Let us tell you that many of these weapons were used by Iran in the attack on Israel last year.

Iran showed military power amid US threats

This video has been released by Iran at a time when tensions between the two countries are increasing due to threats from US President Donald Trump. According to the Axios report, earlier this month, Trump gave Tehran a two-month ultimatum to start talks again on a new nuclear deal. Earlier in 2018, Trump had pulled the US out of an old nuclear weapons deal signed by former US President Barack Obama.

IRGC-AF commander gave a statement

Regarding this underground missile city, IRGC-AF commander Hajizadeh said, “If we start today, we can unveil a new missile city every week. This project will continue for the next two years.” It is clear from the commander’s statement that Iran is constantly working to strengthen its military capabilities.
