BJP’s attack on Congress’s appeasement policy
BJP’s state media in-charge Manveer Singh Chauhan has given a sharp reaction to the statement of Congress spokesperson Garima Dasauni. Along with this, it has been described as a part of Congress’s vote bank politics. Reacting to this statement of the Congress spokesperson viral in the media, Chauhan said that the way the word jihad is being glorified for appeasement in the video, the intention of Congress can be understood from it. This statement reflects the appeasement mentality and ideology of the Congress party. The way the definition has been given is also raising many serious questions about the intention of the Congress leadership.
BJP demands to clarify stand on ‘jihad’
Chouhan questioned the Congress and asked that within the country and the state also, many cases have come to light of attempts by a particular community to lure sisters and daughters into immoral acts through the conspiracy of love jihad. Congress should clarify whether such sins of love jihad are okay in their eyes and they support them? In the state, work was done to occupy government land by building madrasas, mazars, mosques in the name of religion, do they support such land jihad? He said that Congress leaders should clarify whether they consider spit jihad to be right?
The public knows the character of Congress: Chauhan
Chouhan said that action is being taken against illegal madrasas by Chief Minister Dhami in the state. Congress is also opposing this. He said that no attempt will be accepted to save the changes taking place in the demography of the state. He said that the public is well aware of the character of Congress to please a particular community. Chauhan said that it is unfortunate that the Congress, which remains silent on issues of public concern, is seen opposing UCC, anti-conversion law and is aggressive on issues like preservation of culture of the state and demography.
