At the same time, before the release of ‘Sikander’, Salman Khan has broken his silence on the constant death threats from the infamous Lawrence Bishnoi gang and said that ‘Jitni umr likh hai, bas yahi hai.’

Amidst the hustle and bustle of promotion, the superstar spoke openly to select media in Mumbai. In the last few months, Salman has allegedly received several threats from Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang. In October 2024, Salman Khan’s close friend and NCP leader Baba Siddiqui was allegedly targeted by the Bishnoi gang. Despite the threat to his life, Salman has not let it affect his professional commitments.
When asked if he is worried about his safety, Salman pointed towards the sky and said, “God, Allah, everything is above. The life span that is written is written. That’s it. Sometimes you have to take so many people along, that’s the problem.”

Allegedly, Bishnoi wants to take revenge from Salman for the fact that the actor allegedly killed a black buck during the shooting of ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’. The Bishnoi community, which respects the black buck, was deeply hurt by the incident. In 2018, during a court appearance in Jodhpur, Bishnoi had said, “We will kill Salman Khan. Once we take action, everyone will know. I have not done anything yet, they are accusing me of crimes without any reason.”

Salman’s ‘Sikandar’ is releasing in theaters on March 30 on the occasion of Eid. The film is directed by ‘Ghajini’ fame AR Murugadoss. Recently, during the trailer launch event of the film, Salman said that he is confident that the film will cross the Rs 200 crore mark. He said, “Whether the movie is good or bad, if it releases at any time like Eid or Diwali, it definitely crosses the Rs 100 crore mark… Rs 100 crore was a thing of the past, now it is Rs 200 crore.”
