Uttarakhand: Rekha Arya heard public problems in Someshwar, sought explanation from absent officers

On the occasion of completion of 3 years of the state government, Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya participated in the public hearing and multipurpose camp in her assembly constituency Someshwar on Saturday. During this, she resolved hundreds of problems and directed the officials to take immediate action in many cases.

The minister heard the public problems

Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya reached the multipurpose camp organized at Somdev Ground in Takula development block on Saturday. Where a complaint was received about a road being broken for a long time. The minister directed the PWD department to inspect and prepare a report today itself. Apart from this, people also raised problems of high electricity bills, installation of new poles, hanging electricity wires, poor drinking water supply, problems in bridge construction, shortage of staff in hospitals, which were resolved in the presence of the officer of the concerned department.

If the problems are not resolved, the government will dismiss: Minister

Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya told the officials of all the departments present on the spot that the problems should be resolved within a certain time frame. The minister told the officials in clear words that whatever problems have come before me, results should be visible in their resolution. If the given instructions are not translated into results, the government will not delay in changing the officials. Instead of the chief engineer of the water corporation, an assistant engineer had arrived at the camp. On which the minister has sought an explanation from the chief engineer.
