The incident happened late Saturday evening. According to the information received, Narottam son Dushyant Kumar, resident of Haryana, had come to Rishikesh to visit with a five-member team. During this, a youth drowned in the river below Rishikesh Laxman Jhula Kali Kamali Ashram.
