About 100 people fell ill after eating buckwheat flour in Dehradun. All the people have been admitted to Coronation Hospital for treatment. As soon as the information was received, Health Minister Dhan Singh Rawat reached Coronation Hospital to know the condition of the sick people.
Many people fell ill after eating buckwheat flour
It is being told that buckwheat flour was adulterated. After eating which about 100 people got food poisoning. All the people have been admitted to the hospital in a hurry for treatment. As soon as the information was received, Health Minister Dhan Singh Rawat reached Coronation Hospital to know the condition of the sick people. The minister has instructed the hospital administration to provide better treatment to all the people.
The minister gave instructions for investigation
Health Minister Dhan Singh Rawat has instructed to investigate the causes of the incident and take strict action against the culprits. It is being told that buckwheat flour has been distributed in various stores, warehouses of Dehradun from Vikasnagar, Patelnagar, Kotwali area. The said buckwheat flour has been immediately seized by the police from the concerned shops and warehouses. Police action is continuing.
