Illegal construction demolished
If someone does not get the map passed from the corporation, then his construction has been asked to be sealed. Whenever he gets the map passed, his seal will be opened. Under this, action is going on to demolish illegal constructions in the city.
It was told that 25 illegal constructions have been demolished in Sector-3. At the same time, police force was also present on the spot (Bulldozer Action). This demolition has been done in front of Sector-3 petrol pump.
The land kept under the bank was registered by the Patwari and Tehsildar
In Faridabad, the land kept under the bank was registered in the tehsil. In the complaint given in Sector-58 police station, it was alleged that the Patwari and Tehsildar have done the registration in collusion. Investigation has been started against both of them after the order issued by the Police Commissioner on the complaint of the bank management. Earlier also a case was registered against the Badkhal Tehsildar for selling land fraudulently.
Senior Manager of Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank Sikrauna branch Vijay Singh told in his complaint that Roshan Lal, resident of village Bhanakpur, had taken a loan of about 75 thousand rupees in two installments from the bank for some work in 2009. In lieu of the loan, he had mortgaged his agricultural land in the bank on 13 May 2009.
What is the allegation of the bank branch manager?
He told that Roshan Lal sold his mortgaged land to a woman named Girraj Devi on 29 March 2013 without depositing the loan. The bank branch manager alleges that Roshan Lal, who took a loan from the bank, in connivance with the Halka Patwari and Tehsildar Gonchhi of his area, sold the land mortgaged in the bank to someone else and got it registered.
The surprising thing is that the revenue officials did not even think it appropriate to take a no dues certificate from the bank before registering the property. On the orders of the Police Commissioner, Sector 58 police station has registered a case against the accused. Police spokesperson Yashpal says that the police is investigating. Action will be taken based on whatever facts come to light.
