Jharkhand: Clash between two communities again on Eid in Giridih, many injured in stone pelting

Once again in Giridih district of Jharkhand, a clash and stone pelting incident has happened between the people of two communities over a minor issue. This time this incident has happened in Dhariadih of Nagar police station area. About 6-7 people have been injured in the incident. However, after this, a large number of police force personnel were deployed in the area.

Giving information about the incident, it has been told that on the occasion of Eid, people of Muslim community were returning after offering Namaz. People of Hindu community were singing songs and playing drums in the temple regarding Ram Navami. A dispute broke out between the people of two communities in the morning regarding this matter.

Same dispute again in the evening after morning
The police calmed down this dispute in time in the morning, but in the evening once again a dispute started over the same issue. The tension increased so much that there was stone pelting between the people of both the sides. The atmosphere and the situation deteriorated in no time.

At present the situation is under control
About half a dozen people have been injured in this incident, who have been sent to Sadar Hospital for treatment. After the incident, SDM Vispute Srikant, SDPO Jitwahan Uraav, DSP Neeraj Kumar Singh, trainee DSP Kailash Mahato, police station in-charges of Nagar, Mufassil, Pachamba and a large number of police personnel have been deployed. At present, the police has brought the situation under control.

It is being told that a dispute broke out once again at 9 pm. As soon as the information of stone pelting was received, the police force reached the spot and drove away the miscreants. At present, police patrolling has been intensified in the area and the miscreants are being identified.
