Although departments like Finance and Personnel have been given to ACS rank officers only, but due to the absence of ACS rank officers in the government at this time, this department can be given to one of the three Principal Secretaries of the government. Recently, the officers coming to the Secretary level are also expected to get new departments. There are some officers in this who have not got any district for a long time. Therefore, they can be sent to a hilly district. In this, two to three districts of Garhwal can be affected in the form of changes. There can be changes in two districts of Kumaon as well.
