Two youths died tragically after being hit by a truck on Sunday afternoon in Dehradun. As soon as the information was received, the police team reached the spot. Efforts are being made to identify the deceased.
Car hits bike-riding youths
The accident took place near the petrol pump located in Chhiddarwala on Sunday afternoon. According to the information received, the Scorpio car hit the scooty going ahead. Due to which both the youths sitting in the scooty came under the truck going ahead. It is being told that one youth died on the spot. While the other youth died while going to the hospital.
The deceased could not be identified
After receiving the information, the police team reached the spot. The police has taken the bodies of the deceased into custody and sent them for post-mortem. Regarding the matter, Inspector-in-charge BL Bharti said that after the incident, the Scorpio driver fled from the spot. The search for him is on. Also, the deceased could not be identified.
