BJP leader accused of usurping NRI’s land by preparing fake documents
Colonel Lamba said that his NRI relative Balbir Singh, who has land worth crores in Pirumdara, was illegally occupied by another person with a similar name. It is alleged that BJP Rural Youth Front District President Rajesh Pal and his associate Chandrashekhar Maurya, in connivance with the Revenue Department, changed the name of the father in the identity cards and started selling land.
Retired Colonel Lamba said that cases have been registered in the Consolidation Court and Civil Court in this matter and after giving a complaint to SDM Thakurdwara, the investigation has been handed over to Naib Tehsildar Aditya Maurya. Colonel Lamba said that this fraud has been confirmed in the report of the Lekhpal.

He claimed that the documents being talked about have not been cancelled till date and the process of land registration and mutation has also been done legally.
