Delhi Development Authority (DDA) had announced Sabka Ghar Housing Scheme and Shramik Housing Scheme in January this year. Under both these schemes, applicants of different categories are given a discount of up to 25 percent. DDA has extended the application date for both these schemes. Applications can be made from 9 April to 30 April.
Discount will be given on buying flats
Under Sabka Ghar Housing Scheme, 25% discount will be given on EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG flats located in Narela and 20% discount will be given on LIG flats in Sirsa Pur and Loknayakpuram and MIG flats in Loknayakpuram. Auto rickshaw drivers and cab drivers (registered in Delhi till 31.12.24), registered as street vendors or hawkers in PM Swanidhi Yojana, women, wives of martyrs, ex-servicemen and Arjun Award winners, Divyang, SC / ST applicants will get discount on EWS and LIG flats.
These people will get discounts
The DDA Shramik Housing Scheme 2025 scheme is mainly for building and construction workers. For this, it is necessary that the workers are registered with the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (DBOCWWB) by 31.12.24. Workers registered under the PM Vishwakarma Yojana can also apply in this category. Under this scheme, a discount of 25 percent will be given on EWS flats located in Sector G-2 of Narela.
