On the instructions of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, action is going on against illegal madrasas. In this sequence, the administration team raided Banbhulpura in Haldwani on Sunday morning and sealed the madrasas being run illegally.
Administration team raided
Additional District Magistrate Vivek Rai said that during the raid, many such madrasas came to the fore which were being run for years without any recognition. Serious complaints had already been received against some of these, which included lack of proper seating arrangements for the children, lack of cleanliness, absence of toilets and absence of CCTV.
Madrasas operating illegally sealed
Additional District Magistrate Vivek Rai said that some madrasas were running illegally in the mosque premises itself, which were found to be completely against the rules. This action of the administration has created a stir in the area. During the raid, the team has deployed heavy police force in the entire area to avoid any untoward incident. Let us tell you that this action of the administration will continue in future also.
