Uttar Pradesh: In Noida, a man was raping his 13-year-old stepdaughter, mother reached the police station and filed a case

Noida Commissionerate Police of Uttar Pradesh has arrested the stepfather on the charge of raping a teenager. The accused father has raped the teenager several times. When the girl told her mother about this on Monday, she reached the police station and registered a case. The police got the girl medically examined. Phase-2 police station has arrested the stepfather Totaram (33) on Tuesday on the charge of raping the teenager. The accused has been arrested near Sector-81 metro station while taking action on the basis of local intelligence and confidential information.

A woman living in a colony in Sector-81 of the police station area in Noida told the police that her husband had died about six years ago due to illness. After the death of her husband, it was becoming difficult to raise three sons and a daughter. She had married Totaram, a resident of Bulandshahr district, in a temple about five years ago. The 13-year-old daughter, younger than the two sons, told on Monday that she was alone at home. Then her stepfather came into the room and started raping her while doing obscene acts.

Somehow she escaped from the clutches of the accused and reached her mother crying. There she told her mother that the accused rapes her. If she tells anyone, he beats her and threatens to kill her. On the complaint, the police registered a case and arrested the accused.

The accused told the police that he is already married. He has a wife and two children. They live in the village. The accused says that his first wife and children know about his second marriage. The police station in-charge inspector said that the accused was arrested and presented in the court. From where he was sent to jail in judicial custody.
