Uttarakhand Board Result: Hindi stopped the path of 6431 students, 3582 failed in 10th, 2849 failed in 12th

Taking Hindi lightly proved costly for thousands of board exam aspirants. This year, a total of 6431 students failed in Hindi subject in high school-intermediate. This includes 2387 boys and 1195 girls of high school, 1924 boys and 925 girls of intermediate.

Experts say that the interest of students towards Hindi subject has decreased. Students do not take the subject seriously. It is necessary to get 33 percent marks in Hindi. Grace is also not given in this subject. This year 111088 students had given the examination in Hindi subject in high school, out of which 107506 students passed while 3582 students failed.

103842 students had given the examination in intermediate. Out of these 100943 passed and 2899 candidates failed. 4311 boys and 2120 girls failed in Hindi subject in high school and intermediate.

In high school, Hindi subject was 96.77 percent, Urdu was 90.14 percent, Punjabi was 93.50 percent, Bengali was 94.73 percent, English was 95.63 percent, Sanskrit was 97.30, Maths was 92.22 percent, Home Science was 97.82, Science was 91.03 percent, Social Science was 95.12, Information Technology was 98.59, Agriculture was 98.46 percent.

In Intermediate, the result was 97.20 percent in Hindi subject, 97.33 in Hindi Agriculture, 91.22 in English, 93.86 in Sanskrit, 94.18 in Urdu, 97.05 in Punjabi, 95.54 in Geography, 93.23 in Economics, 97.52 in Home Science, 95.28 in Political Science, 98.95 in Psychology, 91.20 in Sociology, 97.41 in Education, 88.03 in Mathematics, 84.91 in Physics, 86.46 in Chemistry, 93.19 in Biology, 96.40 in Computer, 79.29 percent in Agriculture Botany.
