Questions have often been raised about the properties of officers in Uttarakhand. In such a situation, this time the Chief Secretary himself has instructed the officers to compulsorily give the details of their property on time. However, this is already applicable for the officers. Despite this, some officers are not giving the details of the property on time. That is why the Chief Secretary has now instructed the officers and employees to give the details of their property.

There are many such officers in Uttarakhand, whose property has been questioned from time to time. Not only this, the investigation of the property of many officers has also been done in the past. Then some officers are not ready to give information about their property. However, there is already a rule in the state that employees and officers have to give details of their property. Still some officers and employees are not following it and are not giving the details of their property to the government. However, now after the order of the Chief Secretary, everyone will have to give complete information about their property.

Actually, the officers in the state will have to give the details of the property while filling their annual confidential entry. Although this system is already in force and along with the officers, the employees also have to give the details of their property every year, but due to many officers not giving the details on time, Chief Secretary Anand Vardhan had to issue guidelines on this matter.

This time the government has taken this matter seriously and has made it clear that if an officer does not give the details of his property, then his promotion may also be hindered. By the way, employees and officers in the state have to fill the annual confidential entry by June 30. It has a proper format. Employees have to give details on that basis only.

In fact, IAS, PCS or other All India Service officers also have to give information about the property to the government before buying it. Although till now the entire focus was on filling the annual confidential entry on time, but now apart from this, along with filling this entry, it will also be necessary to give detailed information about the property. In this, especially the state service officers are seen to be negligent in giving the details of the property, who now after the new orders will have to fill the ACR on time and also provide the complete record of the property.
