The accident is being reported at 8:50 am on Thursday. A helicopter crashed in Gangani area. The rescue team reached the spot as soon as the information about the accident was received. It is being told that there were 7 people on board the helicopter. Which includes 1 pilot and 6 passengers.
Four devotees going to Gangotri dham died
It is being told that the helicopter belonged to Aerotrans Services Private Limited. This helicopter was flying from Sahastradhara helipad in Dehradun to Kharsali helipad and the pilot of the helicopter was Captain Robin Singh. The death toll in the accident has risen to six. While the condition of a devotee remains critical.
