Uttarakhand Police Inspector Sahib is ready for his fourth marriage! His wife made serious allegations against him; complained to CM

A woman resident of Omex Rivera has accused her inspector husband of marrying her for the fourth time and threatening her to get rid of him. Not only this, her mother-in-law has also been accused of harassment. The victim complained about this to the Chief Minister. After which, on the orders of the Chief Minister, the police registered an FIR against the inspector husband and mother-in-law and started investigation.

Vaijayanti Chand, a resident of Omex Rivera Colony, had said in the complaint letter submitted to the Chief Minister that she was married on 18 February 2019 in Mathura to Ashutosh Kumar Singh, son of Bishan Lal, posted as Inspector in Uttarakhand Police and resident of Hanuman Gali Roorkee Haridwar. In the marriage, her parents gave dowry as per their status.

Did not tell about the second marriage

At the time of marriage, her husband Ashutosh Kumar Singh had informed about his divorce from his first wife but did not give any information about his second marriage with Poonam Rani, a resident of Muzaffarnagar and not being divorced. After marriage, they had two daughters. When a daughter was born for the second time, her mother-in-law Shakuntala Devi’s taunts increased.

She also started saying that her son Ashutosh Kumar Singh is an inspector and if they got married in Uttar Pradesh, they would get 50 lakh rupees as dowry. Not only this, her husband also changed after the birth of the second daughter. Meanwhile, her husband got transferred to ITI Kashipur. During this time, her husband said that they have a flat in Dehradun and she should go and live there. He would keep coming to Dehradun after taking leave, but he never came.

One day, when she was talking to her husband on the phone, she got a call on her other phone. On this, her husband Ashutosh Kumar Singh started talking on the other phone without disconnecting the call. During this, he was repeatedly talking very obscenely by taking the name of a girl. After which she started suspecting her husband. Later, when she gathered information, she came to know that the girl is a constable and is posted in the police office.

The husband was talking obscenely to the young constable

Her husband is also in the police and is posted in Pithoragarh. On this, he contacted the woman police personnel’s husband and informed him. When her husband Ashutosh Kumar Singh came to know about this, he started quarreling and also stopped giving money.

It is alleged that in the year 2022, she came to ITI with the children without informing her husband. Where the husband had kept her and the children in ITI Gautami Hotel. In the evening, her husband came to the hotel room and started fighting. He forcibly established unnatural relations with her and kept telling her about his illicit relations.

Meanwhile, she also came to know that her husband has married Poonam Rani for the second time. From whom the husband also has a daughter. The husband has also left that wife and child and has married her for the third time without divorcing her. It is alleged that now he is looking for a fourth marriage. Vaijayanti Chand alleged that later her husband bought a villa in Omaxe Rivera Colony.

Mother-in-law also harassed her

She started living with her children on one floor of the villa and her mother-in-law and father-in-law started living on the second floor. Meanwhile, her mother-in-law kept harassing her physically and mentally. When she asked her husband to register the marriage, he would procrastinate. During this time, her husband Ashutosh Kumar Singh fraudulently made her sign blank papers and made documents of living in a live-in relationship.

Four months ago, her husband’s friend came to her and threatened her to leave Ashutosh Kumar Singh. For this, he would give a two BHK flat and Rs 10 lakh each in the name of both the daughters. The victim has expressed apprehension that her husband has also married for the fourth time. He wants to get rid of her by threatening her.

Here, after the order of the Chief Minister, Pantnagar police station has registered an FIR against Inspector Ashutosh Kumar Singh and his mother.

SSP Manikant Mishra said that an FIR has been registered. Investigation is going on, after which necessary action will be taken.
