Uttarakhand: CM Dhami gave the gift of schemes worth crores to Champawat, participated in the Tiranga Shaurya Samman Yatra, listened to the problems of the people in the camp office

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami arrived on a visit to Tanakpur in his assembly Champawat on Friday evening. During this, CM Dhami inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 18 development work schemes from the CM Camp Office. After this, CM Dhami participated in the ‘Tiranga Shaurya Yatra’ organized for the success of ‘Operation Sindoor’. In which apart from BJP workers, hundreds of people participated. After this, the CM left for his private residence Khatima by road.

Gift of these schemes: CM Dhami, who reached Champawat on the evening of 16 May, inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 18 schemes (costing about 11365.11 lakhs) for development work in a program organized at the CM Camp Office Tanakpur. In which the CM laid the foundation stone of five schemes and inaugurated 13 development schemes. Development schemes include construction of multi-storey parking in the Tourist Rest House Tanakpur complex, beautification of Sipti waterfall and construction of gully, construction of Himadri Emporium Center in Champawat city under 13 District 13 Destination Scheme, establishment of Heart Market Craft Center in Shyamlatal area, Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan Champawat’s Rebdoar Khas Pumping Drinking Water Scheme.

Gifts received for these schemes

Construction work of Nayal Pumping Drinking Water Scheme, work of widening and improvement of the road from near Shaheed Dwar to Canal under Banbasa area village Phagpur under the State Scheme of Provincial Section Public Works Department by interlocking tiles, liberalization work by interlocking tiles in the internal connecting road of Gram Sabha Bastiyan of Tanakpur Tehsil area, reconstruction and improvement work of Sukhidhang-Danda-Minar motor road in Assembly constituency Champawat, liberalization and asphalting work of approach motor road and footpath to Maa Purnagiri temple were the major announcements.

After this, the CM also heard the problems of senior and dominant people by interacting with them in the CM camp office. CM Dhami also instructed the officials to resolve the problems of the local people immediately. After this, Chief Minister Dhami participated in the ‘Tiranga Shaurya Yatra’ organized by BJP in Tanakpur to express gratitude to the Indian Army for the success of ‘Operation Sindoor’ and to express commitment against terrorism.

The Tiranga Shaurya Yatra was taken out from CM Camp Office Tanakpur to Pilibhit Chungi. In which a large number of local people participated enthusiastically. During this, Chief Minister Dhami said that thousands of patriots have gathered in this Tiranga Shaurya Samman Yatra. The success of ‘Operation Sindoor’ has made every countryman proud. CM Dhami said that in Uttarakhand, one member from most every family is definitely in the army. After this, CM Dhami left for his private residence Khatima by road.
