As part of the preparations for International Yoga Day 2025, a green yoga program was organized today at the famous Kartik Swami temple complex in Rudraprayag district.

The program started at 8 am with Surya Namaskar and group yoga practice by yoga instructors Ravindra Singh and Rajiv Tiwari. A large number of local people, school students and tourists attended the program and did yoga with full enthusiasm.
Called to adopt yoga in lifestyle
On this occasion, Dr. Manish Bartwal highlighted the importance of yoga and called for adopting it in lifestyle. Bartwal said that collective efforts are necessary for both healthy life and balanced environment. After yoga, all the participants planted saplings in the temple premises and surrounding areas.
