Government gives relief to coaches of Uttarakhand, service period extended for 1 year

On the instructions of Sports Minister Rekha Arya, the continuity of service of contract trainers posted in the Sports Department last year has been extended for 1 year. The Sports Directorate has sent a letter to all the District Sports Officers in this regard on Tuesday.
Government gave relief to coaches
According to the government order, these contract trainers were first appointed for 11 months. After the end of this tenure, the minister had received complaints from some districts that these coaches were not being given further work. In a review meeting with the officials of the Sports Department last week, the Sports Minister had expressed strong displeasure over this.
Service period extended for 1 year
Sports Minister Rekha Arya had instructed the Directorate to extend the continuity of service of all these contract trainers. After the instructions of the minister, a letter was written to all the District Sports Officers on Tuesday and an order has been issued to extend the tenure of the trainers from 15 April this year to 15 March next year.
