Sonia Gandhi left Shimla for Delhi, reached Chandigarh by road; her health deteriorated on Saturday

Former Congress national president Sonia Gandhi, who had come to Shimla about a week ago, left for Delhi from Shimla on Sunday. She first reached Chandigarh’s Shaheed Bhagat Singh Airport by road from here. After this, she left for Delhi. During this, a large number of Congress leaders and supporters reached the airport. Congress leader Manjit Khachi, son of State Forest Corporation Vice President Kehar Singh Khachi, also accompanied her to Mohali.

On Saturday, her health deteriorated in Shimla and her blood pressure increased. After this, she reached IGMC Shimla for routine checkup. Here all her tests were found normal. Then the doctor sent her back.
