‘Our focus is on poor welfare’, BJP President JP Nadda tells how amazing the Modi government has been in 11 years

The Narendra Modi-led Bharatiya Janata Party government has completed its 11-year term. On this occasion, the party’s national president JP Nadda addressed a press conference at the party headquarters on Monday. On this occasion, Nadda said that in the last 11 years, we have moved forward with the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas’. He said that in these 11 years, the central government led by PM Modi has changed the culture of India’s politics.
Government’s report card
Addressing the journalists, Nadda said that 11 years ago in the country, appeasement and dividing the society to secure one’s position had become the method of political culture. But after 2014, a responsible and accountable government led by Prime Minister Modi has come, it started the politics of report card. The work we are doing, we should put it in front of the public. In this way, in the last 11 years, the central government led by Modi Ji has changed the culture of Indian politics. He said that in these 11 years, we have moved forward with the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas’.
Removal of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir
He said that the country had accepted that this was not possible, but the Modi government removed Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir.
The result of this was that the vote turnout in the Lok Sabha elections was 58.46 percent and the turnout in the Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections was 63 percent. He said that this change has come due to the bold decisions taken by the Modi government.\
He said that in the last decade we have taken care of all sections of the society including SC-ST and OBC. In the same way, we have taken forward the development schemes based on women. During this time, from making women pilots to giving commission in the army, from admission in Sainik schools to recruitment in NDA, from Lakhpati Didi to promoting self-help groups… in the Modi government, women and SC-ST and OBC have all been connected to the mainstream of the society.
How many people have come out of the poverty line in PM Modi’s government
The BJP President said, “We have not come with the slogan of Garibi Hatao, we have shown by doing poor welfare. He said that the figures are proof of this. 25 crore people in the country have come out of the poverty line. In this way, extreme poverty has decreased by 80 percent.
During this, Nadda also discussed the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. He said that ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ is not limited to building toilets, even from the health point of view, we have got direct benefit of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. He said that there has been an increase of about 130 times in sending money directly to the accounts of beneficiaries (DBT transaction). Along with this, he said that the combination of Jan Dhan bank accounts, Aadhar card and mobile has stopped the leakage of Rs 3.9 lakh crore.
