The team of the Central Government is arriving on a special tour with the aim of promoting modern and scientific agriculture in Pauri Garhwal. This tour is being organized under the Vikasit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan – Kharif 2025 being run by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India, which aims to increase the income of farmers by giving them information about new agricultural techniques, schemes and innovations.

Let us tell you that under this campaign, awareness programs are being organized at the block level in various districts of the state. Under this campaign in Pauri Garhwal, block level programs are being organized in Bironkhal block of Pauri on 10 June 2025 and in Devradi Devi Paukhra on 11 June 2025.
Representatives of the Government of India in these programs are Anoop Singh Bisht (Deputy Secretary, Extension, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare), S. Bhanmati (Deputy Director) and Jisnu K.J. (Regional Home Economist) will participate and guide the farmers on important topics like agriculture related schemes, new agricultural techniques, improved varieties of seeds, innovation, water management, organic farming and market linkages. Along with this, they will also solve their problems.
