Bihar: 22 agendas were approved in the Nitish cabinet meeting, many major decisions were taken, 7 doctors were dismissed

A cabinet meeting was held on Tuesday (June 10, 2025) under the chairmanship of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. 22 agendas have been approved in this meeting. Many major decisions have been taken in the meeting. Seven doctors have been dismissed. This action has been taken by the government due to continuous absence.

The seven doctors who have been dismissed include Dr. Ashish Kumar, Dr. Md. Firdaus and Dr. Jagriti Sonam. All three were medical officers in Khagaria. Apart from these, Dr. Anamika Kumari has been dismissed. She was in Lakhisarai. Apart from Dr. Anupam Kumari and Dr. Abhinav Kumar of Lakhisarai, Anupam Kumar of Begusarai has also been dismissed.

On the other hand, apart from new appointments, other projects have also been approved by the government in the meeting. Apart from this, a proposal related to providing housing facilities to women government servants at the place where they are posted has also been approved. There will be an agreement with the private landlord. The state government will pay for it.

Creation of more than eight thousand clerical posts

On the other hand, in the cabinet meeting, approval has been given for creation of 8093 clerical posts in the Gram Panchayat office at the Panchayat level. Apart from this, four employment based posts of various categories have also been created in the Directorate of Aircraft Organization. 36 new posts have been created for the establishment and operation of Sports Injury Unit in Patna’s Jayaprakash Narayan Hospital. 14 posts of various categories have also been created in the Directorate of Agricultural Marketing.
