Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla reached Mussoorie LBSNAA, addressed the trainee IAS

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla attended the 127th training program of Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie. On this occasion, Lok Sabha Speaker Birla also addressed the people present in the program from the stage. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, while addressing the officers, said that the role of civil service officers is important in the development of the nation.

He said that administrative officers should become the last stop for problems and try to live up to the expectations of the public. Administrative officers should have the ability to bring socio-economic change in the lives of the people. Officers should always leave a benchmark in their work area with their work, so that the coming officer can follow it.

He said that study, teaching and training go on continuously in every person’s life. Officers are working as Karma Yogi in the construction of the nation. Lal Bahadur Shastri’s thoughts inspire democracy. Despite various diversities, India is moving towards nation development.

He said that the officer is ready to face disaster and other challenges. Testing works to improve the officers. From student life itself, the only goal was to work towards changing lives. Learning and testing never ends in life. Officers will have to keep up with the changing times.

He said that the reason for diversity is that he himself went to different countries, where he got to learn a lot of new things. He himself has tried to bring new technology and transparency in the Parliament. There are three pillars of democracy, in which the role of the executive is important. The executive will have to be strong. After making a policy, it is the work of the officers to implement it, which they should do honestly. So that the general public can get its benefits.

He said that the officer should work for the public interest on the post to which he has been sent. Officers should make every possible effort to solve someone’s problem. Especially help the poor in every situation. Do not make them run around your office. Use every means of communication to solve problems, so that the public will get its benefit and it will be able to bring change in people’s lives.

In democracy, if the officer doing administrative work does it properly, then the complainant will not go to the public representative. Work honestly to reach the public welfare schemes of the government to the people. He said that if an officer changes the lives of so many people, he will definitely get peace of mind. Officers should not work under stress and officers should share experiences with each other. Serve the country with confidence so that India can be made a developed India.
