Ganesh Joshi, a cabinet minister in the Dhami government of Uttarakhand, is embroiled in a disproportionate assets case. Now this matter has gone to the table of the High Court. In this episode, a hearing was held on the matter of allegations leveled against Agriculture and Soldier Welfare Minister Ganesh Joshi. While hearing the case, a single bench of Justice Vivek Bharti Sharma has asked the advocate appointed by Ganesh Joshi to give a copy of the suit.
Apart from this, the single bench of the court has asked Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi to submit his reply to the court by July 23. Along with this, the court has also asked the petitioner to give a counter reply to this reply. After hearing the case, the single bench has fixed the next hearing on July 23. Now the entire case will be heard on July 23.

Let us tell you that Justice Vivek Bharti Sharma has retired yesterday i.e. on June 12. Yesterday was his last working day. He heard the matter before retirement. Vivek Bharti Sharma has retired, so now some other single bench of the High Court will hear the case.

Petitioner Vikesh Negi has made serious allegations
Petitioner Vikesh Negi has said in the petition that when the assembly elections were held in the year 2022, he (Ganesh Joshi) had stated in the affidavit that his public property is worth Rs 9 crore. Whereas, he is currently the Agriculture Minister and Soldier Welfare Minister of the state. Vikesh Negi has also alleged that he has also committed irregularities in the horticulture sector, foreign tours and the military shrine under construction.
